Family Friendly shares suggested activities for New York City families. These terms cover the website and optional weekly text and email subscriptions.

The service

The public plans and subscriptions are free. Public subscribers receive the same weekly picks by text, email, or both. Reading the website does not require an account or subscription. We are independent of the venues and events we recommend.

Plans are suggestions. Please confirm event times, availability, prices, and suitability with the organizer before going. We are not responsible for third-party events or venues.

Optional messages

By selecting a channel and checking the signup consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated weekly picks through that channel. Signup and confirmation messages are additional to the weekly picks. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the website.

For email, confirm your address before weekly delivery begins. Unsubscribe using the link in any weekly email.

Text messaging

• Typically one weekly roundup, plus signup or requested service messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel texts or HELP for help. You may receive an opt-out confirmation.
• Canceling texts does not cancel an email subscription.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use contact details, record consent, and honor opt-outs.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Friendly is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or attendance at an event we mention.
